To encourage daring and powerful leadership, we need to teach the skills for being brave and courageous as leaders. Brené’s extensive research shows us how this can be done.

This training program highlights the need for honest and vulnerable conversations within leadership. Being courageous and leading with integrity propels a corporation forward with a strength and clarity that are often currently lacking in many companies.

Through Brené’s extensive research and work with many Fortune 50 companies, she has created a program that empowers leaders at all levels to lead with courage.

This training takes time to dispel commonly held myths, chief among them that vulnerability is weakness and that courage can’t be learned. Brené shows us how empathy, connection, and courage are essential skills for leaders to possess if they are to direct a team successfully.

Daring leaders invest time in feelings and fears because if they don’t, extra time needs to be spent managing the outcome of ineffectual decisions and unproductive behavior.
