ABOUT ME

My passion is to coach executives and other individuals, working with them to achieve success in their workplace and in their homelife. My ability to come alongside the client with compassion while asking the hard and difficult questions is second to none. I hold a client in safety and together we traverse the sometimes difficult decisions that come with complex challenges and opportunities that careers and life bring to the table. We look at the processes and procedures that surround the work environment to see if we can streamline and create more flow. We work on communication skills as well as internal obstacles that hold a person back. Working with me will create a growing sense of clarity, sureness and understanding.

Prior to coaching, I created entrepreneurial ventures including Nine Little Months and Nine Little Kidlets, while being a wife and mom to three children. I have been featured on The Balancing Act and was recently invited to appear in the OC Business Summit at Saddleback Church where I was interviewed by Rich Karlgaard in front of a large live audience. I have also been featured in the OC Parenting Magazine as a Mompreneur. My companies have won multiple awards from Red Tricycle, OC Register Readers Choice and mostly recently StartUp Nation.

As a business woman I worked at one of the fastest growing semi-conductor companies in the world, Broadcom Corporation. As an early employee, I was responsible for growing the customer service department from a one-woman operation to a multi-national department running a backlog of over $1 Billion in a year. In business I have proven myself to be a visionary with the ability to portray that vision to others and to communicate at all levels. I have shown my ability to sell a concept to others and align departments to a single goal using my analytical skill set.

On a more personal note, I was originally born in the south of England and moved to California at the age of 26. I studied Sociology and Psychology as an Under Grad in England and then went on to take a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling at Philips Graduate Institute in Encino, CA. While there I conducted my internship at a charity working directly with domestic violence abusers, victims and families. While I decided to not pursue my MFT license, I have remained immersed in the world of caring and support. I have studied Somatic Psychology and Pre/Peri-Natal Psychology at Santa Barbara Graduate Institute. I am now an active member of the Co-Active Coaching world, and have gained my CPCC and ACC accreditation.

I am a certified presenter of Brené Brown’s Daring Way program, a certified Soulcollage® facilitator, a graduate of the Conversational Intelligence program and a certified TotalSDI facilitator.
